  • In an effort to host the most elegant and cultural events in Florida, THE U.S.A. CROWN PAGEANT SYSTEMS, INC., realize the value of establishing a knowledgeable and committed volunteer staff.

    THE U.S.A. CROWN PAGEANT SYSTEMS, INC.: is dedicated to providing personal training and growth, and to promoting positive attitudes and accomplishments in those who participate. To achieve our stated objectives, we will utilize the most enthusiastic and courteous volunteers who can focus on the importance of “highlighting” the CENTRAL FLORIDA BLACK EXPO in a positive way. THE CENTRAL FLORIDA BLACK EXPO VOLUNTEERS must possess:

    • A positive image and attitude towards their peers and people in general; Excellent communication skills;
    • A good clean professional look;
    • The ability to work well with others;
    • The ability to assist in the execution of various events

    All services performed by the volunteer to the Pageant Systems are on a volunteer basis. Volunteers will not receive any earnings from the Pageant Systems. Volunteers will not incur, and are not authorized to incur any debts on behalf of
    THE U.S.A. CROWN PAGEANT SYSTEMS, INC.  All volunteers shall report to the Volunteer Coordinator.
